Pink-collar Gallery

The brain-child of Michaela Wetherell, Pink-collar Gallery is an art organisation based in Sunderland. Their mission is to use art to promote gender and socio-economic equality. Drawing from source materials of protest banners created for the women’s suffrage movement and North-East miners’ strikes, we developed a brand identity that visually connected that past with their current cause to make creativity accessible to all and telling working-class stories.
