The Royal Academy of Arts is a leading art school and exhibition space, dedicated to promoting art and supporting artists in Britain. For over 7 years I supported their digital team across many key design and research initiatives.
In our work together I redesigned the online experience for the Summer Exhibition—the world’s longest-running open submission exhibition. I also improved experiences for online sales of tickets and membership.
The work we did built a foundation of user understanding that continues to serve the redevelopment of their platforms.
