A collaboration of jazz and abstraction

Contemporary jazz composer and bassist Mario Iannuzziello selected original works by Sam Judge to form the cover designs for both his 2023 album End of May and its accompanying single, Ruhe. Working in collaboration the two selected works that matched the overall mood of the album and the single. Cropping larger works to find the moments within that resonated most. Both paintings are original oil works on canvas, and are currently held in private collections.
