First Ninety Days

A self-published zine about making a habit of painting. First Ninety Days opens with a short essay on the experience of applying behavioural science to the process of forming a habit. It documents 27 small oil pastel works that were painted during the first ninety days of Sam Judge’s art practice in 2021.
